Welcoming hotel designed for short-term stays
This project consisted of a compact and efficient hotel concept presented to the client, who approved it immediately. The design incorporates two commercial units on the ground floor to provide additional entertainment and service options, enhancing the overall guest experience.
The building offers a total of 16 rooms, each with an area of 18 square meters, including a fully equipped private bathroom and balcony. The proposal was developed in response to the growing need for practical and comfortable accommodations for truck drivers, shift workers in remote areas, and travelers who are simply passing through.
This solution prioritizes functionality, efficient space utilization, and user comfort, aligning with modern standards in civil engineering and hospitality design.
